Çimstone provides a superior structural robustness (7Mohs hardness) thanks to minerals such as quartz and granite that it contains, thereby offering high resistance against abrasion, scratching and other effects. The compressed compact properties produced by the product’s patented manufacturing process prevent liquid absorption and provide stain-free use. Because of these properties, Çimstone kitchens do not need cutting boards on their counters and all surfaces are comfortably available for cutting, chopping and other types of cooking preparations.

Thanks to its chemical composition, Çimstone protects against the abrasive effects of acid/base liquids, the formation of bacteria and the destructive impact of UV rays, remaining as beautiful as the first day it was installed. Since there is no loss of gloss, no scratches or any other imperfections, the product needs no polishing and can easily be cleaned with water-based detergents, providing the user with the pleasure of long-lasting and good-looking use.

Çimstone is friendly both to the environment and to human health. Ninety-four percent of the compound is obtained from natural remnants from the quarries, thus contributing to the process of recycling.
